How do I become a customer in your webshop?

As a trader, you can register in our dealer shop by entering relevant company data (e.g., business registration certificate). The activation usually takes place within 24 hours on working days. You will receive a notification email for this to your registered email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password" button by entering your registered email address. You will receive your new, automatically generated password by email.

As an end customer, you can buy our fashion jewelry from one of our dealers. Using our dealer search on our website, you can quickly and easily find a dealer near you.

How do I behave in the event of a complaint?

In general, we replace, replace, or repair defective items. Please send the goods back to us sufficiently franked. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid shipments.

How long are the delivery times?

Is it possible to resell Stephisimo articles on the internet?

We decide on the resale of our items on the network upon request. In general, we would ask you to take your own product photos for online sales and post them on the internet. Please do not use our product images from the webshop, which is only accessible to dealers, and avoid using our item numbers.

Is the jewelry regularly checked for alarming substances?

Our products are regularly tested for so-called SVHC substances under the EU REACH chemicals regulation. This examination is done in the form of random samples.
