Delivery Time

Delivery of in-stock goods within Germany is made within a maximum of 3 working days (Monday to Friday) and outside Germany within a maximum of 12 working days. As a wholesaler, however, we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of all goods. Therefore, the delivery capability of individual products can vary greatly. 

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

The period for calculating the delivery time of the goods for payment by direct debit and invoice begins the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the delivery period. For prepayment, the delivery date depends on the receipt of payment and can therefore vary. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not working days.

If you order several items with different delivery times, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. 

Commissioned Transport Companies

Your order for EU countries is usually shipped via the transport company DPD. On request, we can also ship your order via DHL.
The non-EU countries listed below are supplied via Post/DHL.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below. Shipping is standard to only the countries listed below. From a value of goods of €250, delivery to Germany is free of shipping costs. Delivery to Austria is free of shipping costs from a value of goods of €400.
The minimum order value is always €100.

If you wish to have a delivery to a country not listed here, please contact us by email at info@stephisimo.de. Please specify the item, the quantity of items, and the delivery address with country and postal code. We will then inform you whether shipping to your country is possible and what costs will be incurred.

Notes for customers with delivery addresses in non-EU countries:

In the case of shipping to a non-EU foreign country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not levied or invoiced by us, but are to be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please ask these authorities for details.
